PAC Meeting - next meeting on Wednesday November 8th at 6:30pm
During the October meeting, the AGM was held to elect parents/guardians into PAC Executive roles and appoint individuals interested in leading/joining Committees or becoming Members at Large. These positions are crucial to our PAC's success!
As we all share the common interest of offering and participating in worthwhile fundraising efforts to raise funds for both the classrooms as well as the playground, it is up to all of us to contribute any way we can.
Should you be interested in volunteering in anyway or if you have any questions, please email Beach Grove PAC
All parents and guardians are welcome to attend PAC Meetings. Babysitting is provided. Meetings take place in the staff room - enter school from the parking lot and turn left at the front doors.

Traffic and Safety: Walk & Wheel to School
Thank you to all students and families who participate in Walk and Wheel to School. We have a great participation and encourage you all to continue to walk and wheel to and from school as much as possible. This helps to reduce traffic congestion and it's a great way to exercise!
Safe Walk Route & Parking Letter - see below
**Please do not drive into the parking lot to drop off or pick up your children.
The parking lot in front of the main entrance to the school is designated for daycare vehicles, drivers with handicap decals and emergency vehicles only. The back parking lot is designed for teachers and staff only. These are the only vehicles that are allowed in this area during school drop off and pick up hours. There have been instances of parents driving into this parking area too quickly while children are entering or exiting the school. This is extremely dangerous! Please help us to keep our children safe by avoiding this area during these peak times.
In addition, remember to follow the safe routes to school map (posted in our front window of the school. A copy has also been sent home with the youngest child in your family. Braid is a designated walking to school street - no driving or parking during drop off and pick up times.
